Program Overview
Welcome to our Customer Loyalty Program! Earn credits towards the purchase of urodynamics equipment with every box of urodynamics catheters you buy.

Program Eligibility
The Customer Loyalty Program is designed for all customers partnering with Gemini to fulfill their urodynamic catheter needs.

  • Existing Customers: Credits will be retroactively applied from January 1, 2024.
  • New Customers: Credits will be applied at the first purchase.


How it Works

  • Step 1: Purchase Catheters: Partner with us for your urodynamic consumables needs
  • Step 2: Accumulate Credits: Earn 1 credit for every box of catheters purchased
  • Step 3: Redeem Credits: Redeem your credits for discounts on equipment purchases  


Earning/Accumulating Credits
As your partner, we’re committed to making it simple for you to earn credits:

  • Receive 1 credit for each urodynamics catheter box purchased.


Redeeming Credits**
Credits can be applied towards future equipment purchases with the following limits:

  • Urodynamics Systems: Up to 20% of the purchase price
  • Uroflowmeters: Up to 10% of the purchase price
  • Bladder Scanner: Up to 10% of the purchase price
  • Examination Chair: Up to 10% of the purchase price
 
**A credit multiplier will be applied to your credit total based on the type of urodynamics equipment you purchase: 
  • Melody: 10x
  • Symphony EL: 30x
  • Symphony ML: 40x
  • Symphony SC: 50x
  • Uroflowmeter: 10x
  • Bladder Scanner: 20x
  • Examination Chair: 10x

Terms & Conditions
  • Location Specific Credits: Credits may only be applied based on the same ship-to location as the catheters purchased. Practices with multiple locations may not combine credits; they are specific to each location.
  • Contact Information: Customers must provide a valid contact person and email address to receive periodic statements and updates on their credits.
